Our guidance is educational and advisory. If a family has a safeguarding, welfare, medical, accommodation or emergency concern, the relevant school, university, local authority, emergency service or specialist provider should be contacted as appropriate.
Where a student is already enrolled at a school or university, that institution's safeguarding and welfare procedures should be followed.
